Meet the Impact Leads: The Team Behind the Transformation
Get to know the dedicated individuals leading our research, grants, and development efforts across Ghana.
""Data-driven impact is the heartbeat of sustainability. Our leads ensure every cedi transforms into a girl's smile." — Emerald Botchway"
While our mission is massive, the daily execution is driven by a specialized group of Impact Leads. These individuals manage the critical pipelines of data, funding, and product development that make our work in Ghana possible.
Emerald Botchway — Research & Impact Data
Emerald Botchway is the architect of our accountability. She leads our research initiatives, collecting and analyzing field data to ensure our "My Safe Period" program is achieving measurable success. Every statistic we share is verified through her rigorous lenses of impact evaluation.
Enoch Ansley — Grants & Internal Funds
Enoch Ansley ensures our financial sustainability. He manages our relationships with institutional donors and oversees the complex allocation of internal funds. His work ensures that our regional coordinators have the resources needed to reach the most remote communities.
Mary Adjei — Corporate Outreach & Partnerships
Mary Adjei builds the bridges that scale our mission. By forging strategic alliances with local and international corporations, she secures bulk distributions of Obaa pads and creates brand collaborations that amplify our voice across the continent.
Patience Folivi — Product Innovation & Pad Development
Patience Folivi leads the refinement of the Obaa reusable pad as her core passion. She oversees our artisan sewing centers, ensuring every pad meets our triple-layer absorbency standards while maintaining the handcrafted quality our users trust.
Benedicta Gadosey — Education & Content Development
Benedicta translates complex health information into empowering narratives. She leads the development of our "break-the-silence" curriculum, creating the workshops and visual aids that transform how girls in rural Ghana view their own biology.
A Synergy of Purpose
Together, these five leads form the strategic core of the NeedBe Foundation. Their unique expertise, shown in our recent Team Leads chronicling, is the engine behind our goal to reach 10,000 girls by 2026.
