We believe our donors deserve full clarity on how every cedi and dollar is handled. This policy outlines our legal structure, financial commitments, and your rights as a contributor.
1. Legal Status
The NeedBe Foundation is duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Our operations are conducted in full compliance with Ghanaian regulations governing non-profit organizations.
2. How Donations Are Used
Every donation made to the NeedBe Foundation is directed entirely toward our programs and projects. We commit to deploying 100% of donor contributions toward direct-impact initiatives — including raw materials for reusable pads, educational outreach, fair wages for local artisans, and field logistics.
3. Refund Policy
All donations to the NeedBe Foundation are non-refundable. Once a contribution has been processed, it is immediately allocated to active program budgets. If you believe an error has occurred in the processing of your donation, please contact us at hello@needbe.org and we will review the matter promptly.
4. Transparency
We are committed to transparency in all financial matters. Donors may request information about the allocation and impact of their contributions at any time. Regular impact reports and financial summaries are made available through our website and upon request.
