How You Can Support Menstrual Health Education

""Everyone has something to contribute to this movement.""

How You Can Support Menstrual Health Education

The fight against period poverty and menstrual stigma is a global one. Supporting menstrual health education in Ghana does not require you to be physically present. Whether you are across the street in Accra or across the ocean, there are highly impactful ways you can contribute to the NeedBe Foundation's mission.

Financial Contributions

Creating sustainable change requires resources. Your financial support translates directly into tangible impact for girls in need:

  • $25 provides one girl with a comprehensive, eco-friendly reusable pad kit that lasts for years.
  • $100 sponsors a full educational workshop for an entire classroom, covering materials and facilitation.
  • $500 fully funds a comprehensive, months-long school program including peer-educator training.
  • $1,000 supports broad community advocacy training, engaging local leaders and parents to shift cultural paradigms. We ensure that every dollar is maximized for field impact.

Volunteer Your Skills

Our organization thrives on the dedication of volunteers.

  • At Home (Remote): We constantly seek professionals who can lend their skills in digital marketing, grant writing, web development, and data analysis.
  • In Ghana (International Program): Join us on the ground! Work directly with communities in the Volta Region to deliver workshops. We provide thorough cultural orientation and logistical support for a deeply immersive and meaningful experience.

Advocate and Educate

Never underestimate the power of your voice. You can support our cause simply by raising awareness.

  • Amplify: Share our mission, impact stories, and social media posts within your network.
  • Educate: Start open, unapologetic conversations about menstrual health equity in your own community to challenge the global stigma.

Corporate Partnerships

We actively collaborate with organizations looking to fulfill their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals. Whether through corporate grants, employee matching programs, or product donations, your company can be a key player in keeping girls in school.

Every action, no matter how small it may seem, creates ripples of change. Join the NeedBe network today and become a champion for dignity.
